GTM Strategy and Operations Manager, Special Projects
Drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements that strengthen sales and account management at Motive. The role combines cross-functional leadership, business analysis, and planning for its fleet-management platform.
Description
- Partner with business leaders to guide strategic operations across a large, complex organization.
- Turn complex data and business challenges into clear priorities, recommendations, and measurable results.
- Align senior stakeholders and carry initiatives from planning into execution.
- Create project plans and lead major cross-functional initiatives from initial scope through delivery.
- Coordinate work across Sales, Systems, Business Intelligence, Finance, Marketing, and other partner teams.
- Assess business performance, pipeline, capacity, and wider trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Strengthen processes, reporting, planning practices, and decision-making frameworks.
Requirements
- Background in business strategy, sales strategy, sales operations, business operations, consulting, finance, or a related analytical field.
- Strong analytical ability, including synthesizing complex data into practical recommendations.
- Track record of leading broad-scope projects from planning through execution.
- Able to build agreement across teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel and Salesforce.
- Experience with AI tools such as LLMs, agents, Apps Script, and workflow automation tools.
- Strong ownership, sound judgment, careful attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
