Description
- Plan and deliver territory activities that meet commercial goals and support patient care
- Develop relationships with healthcare providers and local stakeholders
- Share balanced scientific and clinical information to inform care decisions
- Organize local educational programs and events
- Use field data and customer insights to shape action plans, monitor progress, and adjust activities
- Coordinate local strategies with sales, medical, and operations teams
- Comply with company policies and local laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related discipline
- At least one year of customer-facing experience; healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is preferred
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Hindi or regional language proficiency is an advantage
- Ability to build professional relationships and influence healthcare stakeholders
- Comfort with Word and Excel, and willingness to learn CRM and other digital tools
- Able to work a hybrid schedule, travel regularly within the assigned territory, and represent GSK professionally
