Description

  • Build, test, and maintain software across front-end and backend systems
  • Take features from requirements and planning through development, testing, deployment, and refinement
  • Deliver reliable, maintainable, high-performing, scalable software and user experiences
  • Support backend services, APIs, integrations, scheduled processes, related systems, and cloud infrastructure
  • Turn UX/UI concepts and mockups into production-ready functionality
  • Enhance application usability, clarity, consistency, and the overall user experience
  • Investigate and fix technical issues across the application stack
  • Strengthen system reliability, performance, maintainability, processes, and engineering workflows
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders to clarify priorities and deliver requirements
  • Join planning sessions, code reviews, technical discussions, and other engineering activities
  • Surface blockers, risks, dependencies, and delivery concerns at an early stage
  • Provide proactive updates on progress and challenges
  • Recommend technical and process improvements
  • Complete other related tasks assigned by the client

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong full-stack development background with a front-end emphasis
  • Sound knowledge of software development and system design
  • Track record of building and delivering modern web applications
  • Experience working across front-end and backend systems
  • Experience with modern programming languages, cloud infrastructure, and deployment environments
  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Design teams
  • Strong command of contemporary front-end development practices
  • Careful attention to detail with a clear focus on priorities and delivery needs
  • Ability to independently own features from start to finish
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to recognise and raise blockers promptly
  • Product-oriented thinking and design awareness
  • Ability to prioritise essential go-live functionality while deferring non-critical polish
  • Proactive, dependable communication
  • Availability from 7am to 4pm PHT, Monday through Friday
