Fruit Performance Analyst (Hybrid) – Zespri International

Description
- Prepare, validate, and analyze data for fruit monitoring and maturity programmes
- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports
- Assess fruit quality and supply-chain data to uncover trends, risks, anomalies, and opportunities
- Deliver insights for operational, technical, and commercial decisions
- Contribute to predictive modelling, scenario analysis, and impact assessments
- Support supply-chain strategy, innovation initiatives, and business case development
- Partner with the Fruit Performance & Commercial Insights Lead
- Engage stakeholders across the organization and help shape decisions affecting global operations
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in food science, horticulture, engineering, data science, statistics, commerce, or a related field
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, quality systems, or performance analytics
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence handling large datasets
- Experience with R, Python, Power BI, SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Analysis for Office, or comparable analytical tools is highly regarded
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to explain insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in horticulture, agriculture, food production, or supply-chain environments is advantageous
