Description

  • Take features from initial design through production release
  • Spot user-experience gaps early and prioritize the work that delivers core value
  • Track technical debt intentionally and address it in subsequent improvements
  • Assess technical feasibility and capture requirements with product managers
  • Forecast delivery timelines and plan implementation work with product managers
  • Support teammates through timely code reviews, pair programming, and practical coaching
  • Use AI tools for recurring work such as unit testing, documentation, and clarification
  • Design the architecture for web frontend systems
  • Guide decisions about the technology stack
  • Apply consistent engineering standards and practices

Requirements

  • At least three years of software engineering experience developing web frontends with ReactJS
  • Solid understanding of frontend architecture, object-oriented programming, and software design patterns
  • Strong ownership of delivered work, with the mindset of maintaining your own codebase
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and apply them pragmatically to business challenges
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Openness to peer learning and a commitment to helping the team improve
  • Full-stack flexibility and willingness to work with unfamiliar frameworks across the stack are advantageous
  • Experience deploying applications to scalable cloud platforms such as AWS is advantageous
