Description

  • Develop professional logos and visual identity concepts from brand requirements and creative briefs
  • Generate multiple logo directions that turn brand ideas into meaningful visual symbols and systems
  • Apply branding principles consistently across assets to build a recognizable visual identity
  • Produce clear layouts, contemporary infographics, and strong visual hierarchies
  • Create reusable templates for social media, marketing collateral, and one-page documents
  • Use advanced typography, grid systems, and deliberate composition in design work
  • Convert raw data and conceptual information into polished marketing and communications assets
  • Review visual alignment, color application, and layout consistency before delivery
  • Handle varied visual design assignments for the Tendem project and practical real-world applications

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable, with 1–2 years preferred
  • A professional portfolio featuring graphic design work such as logos, branding, or visual identity projects
  • Include a portfolio link in your CV; applications without relevant portfolio work will not be considered
  • Create original logo concepts and turn brand ideas into effective visual solutions
  • A broader portfolio covering social graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, and one-page documents is highly valued
  • Demonstrate excellent command of typography, visual composition, color, and grid systems
  • Work independently when identifying and resolving visual design challenges
  • Take logo and visual identity concepts from initial exploration through polished final execution
  • Understand brand identity fundamentals, including typography, color, visual language, consistency, and cross-format application
  • Interpret creative briefs and translate abstract brand ideas into distinctive, relevant visual concepts
  • Apply precise grid systems, strong typography, and disciplined composition
  • Organize information effectively through modern infographics and social media templates
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma
  • Adapt designs between one-page documents and digital templates while respecting medium-specific constraints
  • Bring an adaptable, fast-moving, and detail-focused approach to the work
  • Commit to producing polished, professional-grade visual assets
  • Manage varied visual assignments independently and concurrently
  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2) or above is required
