Freelance Graphic Designer — Remote in Spain

Description

  • Join the Tendem project by producing high-quality visual assets for real-world applications
  • Develop distinctive logos and visual identity concepts from brand requirements and creative briefs
  • Explore varied logo directions and turn brand ideas into effective visual systems
  • Apply branding principles consistently across assets and formats
  • Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies
  • Build reusable templates for social media, marketing materials, and one-pagers
  • Use advanced typography, grid systems, and considered composition to strengthen visual materials
  • Convert raw data and concepts into polished assets for marketing and communications
  • Check visual alignment, color application, and layout consistency before delivery
  • Complete the qualification process and participate in relevant projects
  • Work approximately 10–20 hours weekly during active project phases, with no guaranteed workload

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic, digital, or visual communications design is desirable
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related creative discipline is a plus
  • A strong portfolio showing professional graphic design work, particularly logos, branding, or visual identities
  • Include a portfolio link in the CV; applications without a link or relevant graphic design examples will not be considered
  • Ability to develop original logo concepts and turn brand ideas into effective visual solutions
  • Portfolio examples covering social graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, and one-pagers are highly valued
  • Excellent command of typography, visual composition, color, and grid systems
  • Adaptable, able to work quickly, and attentive to detail
  • Ability to work independently and resolve visual design challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to develop logos and visual identities from initial exploration through final execution
  • Strong knowledge of brand identity principles, visual language, consistency, typography, color, and cross-format application
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and express abstract brand ideas through distinctive visual concepts
  • Excellent command of typography, precise grid systems, and visual composition
  • Demonstrated ability to organize information through modern infographics and social media templates
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, plus Figma
  • Ability to move between one-pagers and digital templates while adapting designs to medium constraints
  • Strong commitment to producing polished, professional-grade assets
  • Self-directed approach with the ability to manage multiple visual tasks at once
  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher is required
  • Submit the CV in English
