Freelance Graphic Designer — Mindrift (Remote, Germany)
Mindrift is seeking a freelance graphic designer to create logos, brand identities, infographics, templates, and marketing assets for AI-related projects. This part-time, remote role offers flexible, project-based assignments through the Tendem project.
Description
- Produce polished visual assets for real-world Tendem project use cases
- Develop professional logos and visual identity concepts from brand requirements and creative briefs
- Explore varied logo directions and convert brand ideas into visual symbols and systems
- Apply consistent branding principles across assets and formats
- Build clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies
- Create reusable templates for social media, marketing materials, and one-pagers
- Use advanced typography, grid systems, and deliberate composition
- Turn raw data and concepts into refined marketing and communications visuals
- Review alignment, color application, and layout consistency before delivery
- Complete qualification steps and support projects that match your skills
Requirements
- Relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications, ideally one to two years
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related creative discipline is advantageous
- A strong portfolio featuring professional graphic design, logo, branding, or visual identity work
- A portfolio link with relevant graphic design examples is required for consideration
- Ability to originate logo concepts and turn brand ideas into effective visual solutions
- Experience creating social media graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, and one-pagers is highly valued
- Advanced command of typography, visual composition, color, and grid systems
- An adaptable, detail-focused approach suited to fast-moving work
- Capacity to work independently and resolve visual design challenges
- Track record of developing original logos and visual identities from exploration to final delivery
- Strong knowledge of brand identity, typography, color, visual language, consistency, and cross-format application
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and express abstract brand ideas through distinctive visual concepts
- Advanced knowledge of typography, grid systems, and visual composition
- Ability to organize information through modern infographics and social media templates
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Ability to design one-pagers and digital templates for different medium constraints
- Self-directed working style with the ability to manage varied visual assignments concurrently
- Submit a CV in English
- English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher
