Description

  • Create high-quality visual assets for real-world use cases within the Tendem project
  • Develop distinctive logos and visual identity concepts from brand requirements and creative briefs
  • Explore varied logo directions and turn brand ideas into effective visual symbols and systems
  • Apply branding principles consistently across assets and formats
  • Produce clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies
  • Create reusable social media templates, marketing materials, and one-page documents
  • Use advanced typography, grid systems, and considered composition
  • Turn raw data and concepts into polished visual assets supporting marketing and communications goals
  • Check visual alignment, color application, and layout consistency before delivery
  • Work independently across a range of visual design assignments

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio showing professional graphic design work, including logos, branding, or visual identity projects
  • A portfolio link in the CV; applications without a portfolio link or relevant graphic design examples will not be considered
  • Demonstrated ability to develop original logo concepts and visual identities from initial exploration through final delivery
  • Strong knowledge of brand identity, typography, color, visual language, consistency, and cross-format application
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and convert abstract brand ideas into distinctive visual concepts
  • Advanced command of typography, precise grid systems, and visual composition
  • Demonstrated ability to create modern infographics and engaging social media templates
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma
  • Ability to design one-pagers and digital templates for varied media constraints
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented approach suited to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commitment to producing polished, professional-grade visual assets
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to manage multiple visual tasks simultaneously
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher
  • CV submitted in English
  • Estimated availability of 10–20 hours per week during active project phases
