Description

  • Develop polished visual assets for the Tendem project and real-world applications
  • Create professional logos and visual identity concepts from brand requirements and creative briefs
  • Explore several logo directions through conceptual development
  • Apply branding principles consistently across all deliverables
  • Build clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies
  • Produce reusable templates for social media, marketing collateral, and one-pagers
  • Use advanced typography, grid systems, and deliberate composition
  • Turn raw data and abstract concepts into refined assets for marketing and communication purposes
  • Review visual alignment, color application, and layout consistency before delivery
  • Complete the qualification process and support projects that match your skills

Requirements

  • One to two years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is preferred
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related creative discipline is advantageous
  • A strong portfolio of professional graphic design work
  • Relevant examples of logo design, branding, or visual identity projects
  • Ability to develop original logo concepts and translate brand ideas into effective visual solutions
  • Portfolio examples featuring social media graphics, marketing materials, infographics, and one-pagers are highly valued
  • Excellent command of typography, visual composition, color, and grid systems
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented approach to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently when solving visual design challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to take original logo and identity concepts from exploration to polished final delivery
  • Strong knowledge of brand identity principles, typography, color, visual language, consistency, and cross-format application
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and turn abstract brand ideas into distinctive, relevant concepts
  • Excellent command of typography, precise grid systems, and visual composition
  • Demonstrated ability to organize information through modern infographics and social media templates
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma
  • Ability to move between one-pagers and digital templates while adapting designs to each medium
  • Strong commitment to producing polished, professional-quality visual assets
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to manage multiple visual tasks at once
  • CV must include a portfolio link with graphic design examples; applications without a portfolio link or relevant case studies will not be considered
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required
