Description

  • Develop distinctive visual identities for brands and products
  • Create core brand assets, including logos, complete identity systems, and color palettes
  • Organize and deliver multiple variations of essential brand elements
  • Maintain consistent branding across pitch decks, social media kits, and other internal and external materials
  • Develop durable, scalable visual systems that follow contemporary design standards
  • Review design quality across platforms and ensure brand identities work effectively in digital and print formats
  • Refresh visual styles and create cohesive brand touchpoints across media
  • Apply expertise in brand strategy, visual identity, and design systems

Requirements

  • At least two years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is preferred
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, communication design, or a related creative discipline is advantageous
  • A strong portfolio centered on brand identity, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines
  • Thorough knowledge of adapting core branding for digital and print applications
  • A strategic, highly detail-oriented approach to design work
  • The ability to work independently while creating durable visual systems
  • Expertise in developing foundational assets from the ground up, including scalable logos, distinctive color palettes, and typography systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, plus Figma
  • Demonstrated ability to carry brand identity across social media kits, corporate pitch decks, and print materials
  • Strong organizational ability to create brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries
  • A strategic, detail-focused mindset with emphasis on long-term brand equity
  • A strong commitment to maintaining visual consistency
  • A self-directed work style with the ability to resolve issues independently and deliver high-quality assets
  • A CV that includes a portfolio of branding work, such as logos, identity systems, and guidelines
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required
