Financial Operations Analyst – Evernorth, Hybrid St. Louis
Manage pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate invoicing, contract setup, and reconciliation for Evernorth Health Services. This hybrid St. Louis role supports accurate pharmacy benefit payment and rebate operations.
Description
- Manage invoicing and reconciliation for assigned pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate contracts
- Build detailed contract knowledge and act as the primary contact for monthly manufacturer rebate invoices
- Configure rebate contracts and amendments in the Formulary Rebate Processing (FRP) invoicing system
- Implement pharmaceutical manufacturers in the FRP system
- Partner with Contracting Account Directors to interpret contract intent
- Share setup strategies with the BDRO team to capture enhanced or restricted rebate options
- Monitor setup activities in the Houston Service Request system for validation and audit purposes
- Compile validation packets for completed setup activities
- Review manufacturer-specific invoices and data-fix results to support billing accuracy
- Respond to manufacturer questions about invoicing
- Validate bank details for payment receipt and entry in FRP
- Resolve contract setup issues identified through reconciliation after internal confirmation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent professional experience
- At least one year of experience with a degree
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Well-developed analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong PC proficiency
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Access
- Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management and the healthcare industry is preferred
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects
- Self-directed approach with the ability to resolve issues across functions
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines
- Applicants must be local to the role
- Remote work requires cable broadband or fiber-optic internet with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
