Description

  • Oversee operational finance, accounting, and controlling across multiple entities
  • Assist with monthly and annual financial statement preparation
  • Review accounts, journal entries, and financial relationships
  • Prepare entity- and group-level reports, forecasts, and business analyses
  • Evaluate key performance indicators, income statements, and balance sheets
  • Provide well-supported recommendations for business action
  • Improve finance processes, organizational structures, and workflows
  • Work closely with colleagues across other departments

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling
  • Solid knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and business relationships
  • Analytical, organized, and self-directed approach to work
  • Readiness to question and improve established processes
  • Experience preparing monthly or annual financial statements is preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Business Central is preferred
  • Very strong German skills at C1 level or higher
  • Proficiency with Excel
