Descriere
- Oversee operational finance, accounting, and controlling across multiple entities
- Assist with monthly and annual financial statement preparation
- Review accounts, journal entries, and financial relationships
- Prepare entity- and group-level reports, forecasts, and business analyses
- Evaluate key performance indicators, income statements, and balance sheets
- Provide well-supported recommendations for business action
- Improve finance processes, organizational structures, and workflows
- Work closely with colleagues across other departments
Cerințe
- Several years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling
- Solid knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and business relationships
- Analytical, organized, and self-directed approach to work
- Readiness to question and improve established processes
- Experience preparing monthly or annual financial statements is preferred
- Experience with ERP systems such as Business Central is preferred
- Very strong German skills at C1 level or higher
- Proficiency with Excel
