Description

  • Direct daily work for Uline’s corporate FP&A team.
  • Set team priorities, guide staff, and deliver dependable financial support.
  • Manage company-wide budgeting and forecasting.
  • Create financial plans for regional locations and corporate departments.
  • Build and oversee financial models, labor forecasts, and scenario plans.
  • Assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Share financial results, projections, and insights with leadership.
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Work with teams across Uline to inform decisions and advance business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Five or more years of Finance or Accounting leadership experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
  • All positions are on-site.
