Description

  • Join Acuity’s two-year BUILD program for early-career professionals
  • Move between Finance and Accounting functions in six-month rotations
  • Build practical skills and business understanding through hands-on work
  • Explore Corporate Finance and Accounting, ABL Finance and Accounting, Cost Accounting, AIS Finance and Accounting, Tax, Investor Relations, Treasury, Shared Services, Audit, and Corporate Development
  • Contribute in a fast-paced setting while taking charge of your professional development
  • Work with program peers on business processes and initiatives
  • Take part in mentorship, networking, leadership presentations, and performance reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving and time-management abilities
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel as business needs require
  • Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes is preferred
  • Collaborative approach and initiative are preferred
  • Less than two years of related work experience is preferred
  • Available to start on January 11, 2027, or July 12, 2027
