Description

Guide clients through mortgage applications, address concerns and support them through closing.
Develop relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, personal contacts and former clients.
Assess clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable loan products.
Review credit, employment, income, assets and property documents to confirm financing eligibility.
Develop mortgage referral sources and promote Rocket Mortgage’s services.
Educate clients about buying a home, refinancing and managing a mortgage.
Build and manage a client portfolio to increase referrals and revenue.
Deliver strong service to clients and referral partners.
Keep up to date with loan products, eligibility criteria and process changes.
Represent Rocket Mortgage at civic and community events to support business development and lead generation.

Requirements

Experience originating mortgage loans.
Required state and federal licenses.
A demonstrated ability to secure referrals and generate leads.
Strong communication, time management, teamwork, results orientation, and critical and strategic thinking.
Three years of mortgage loan origination experience preferred.
Interest in working and growing in an entrepreneurial environment.
