- Develop mortgage referral relationships and explain the value of working with Rocket Mortgage.
- Educate clients about home buying, refinancing, and mortgage management.
- Build and manage a book of business to increase referrals and revenue.
- Deliver high-quality service to clients and referral partners.
- Keep up with Rocket Mortgage products, qualification criteria, and process updates.
- Represent Rocket in civic and community activities to support business development and lead generation.
Requirements
- Experience originating mortgage loans.
- State and federal licenses.
- A demonstrated record of securing referrals and generating leads.
- Professional communication, time management, results orientation, teamwork, and critical and strategic thinking skills.
- Three years of mortgage loan origination experience preferred.
- Interest in working and growing in an entrepreneurial environment.
