Description
- Consult prospective customers by phone
- Identify customer needs and explain program content and funding options
- Help each customer select and book a suitable program
- Advise qualified inbound leads without making cold calls
- Guide customers through the closing process
Requirements
- Native-level German and strong communication skills with a consultative approach
- Some experience in sales, inbound or outbound work, or customer support is an advantage
- Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace
- Work 50 hours per month in five-hour shifts
- Work approximately 10 days per month, with flexible scheduling
