EAM Technical Analyst and Integration Specialist

Remote contract role supporting a pharmaceutical company’s SAP S/4HANA transformation. Configure Hexagon EAM and troubleshoot integrations involving APIs, IDocs, web services, SFTP, and SQL.

Description

  • Review current EAM interfaces with SAP ECC/ATLAS and help plan integrations for SAP S/4HANA.
  • Agree data mappings, API specifications, and error handling with SAP specialists and other analysts.
  • Set up Hexagon EAM workflows and data structures for integration needs.
  • Take part in system integration testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
  • Diagnose and fix interface failures, data discrepancies, and configuration problems.
  • Prepare and update technical specifications, interface records, and data flow diagrams.
  • Work with technical and business teams across the project lifecycle.
  • Help analyze, design, and implement EAM interfaces and configurations for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation.

Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a technical analyst, in enterprise application support, or in a comparable role.
  • Practical delivery experience on an enterprise integration or ERP upgrade project, including SAP integration.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Hexagon EAM or a comparable Tier 1 EAM platform.
  • Solid experience with enterprise interface technologies, including APIs, IDocs, web services, and SFTP.
  • Understanding of SAP modules used in EAM integration, particularly MM and FI/CO.
  • Familiarity with integration middleware such as SAP BTP or TIBCO.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills.
