Executive Loan Officer - California (Remote)

Description

  • Develop referral relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, personal contacts, and past clients to promote Rocket Mortgage and generate financing business.
  • Represent Rocket Mortgage at civic and community events to strengthen business development and lead generation.
  • Build and manage a book of business that increases referral volume and revenue.
  • Review clients’ financial circumstances and recommend suitable loan products.
  • Guide clients through home purchases, refinancing, and mortgage management.
  • Assess credit, employment, income, assets, property, and related documentation to determine financing eligibility.
  • Support clients throughout the application and closing process while addressing concerns.
  • Deliver responsive, high-quality service to referral partners and clients.
  • Keep current with Rocket Mortgage products, qualification standards, and process updates.

Requirements

  • Mortgage loan origination experience with a demonstrated history of securing referrals and generating leads.
  • Active federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses.
  • Strong professional communication, time management, and critical or strategic thinking abilities.
  • Results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Three years of demonstrated success in self-generated mortgage loan origination preferred.
  • Interest in working and developing in an entrepreneurial environment preferred.
