- Diagnose, service, repair, and install dock and door equipment
- Complete assigned preventive maintenance on customer equipment
- Carry out welding work
- Maintain the service van and inventory
- Complete job-related paperwork
Requirements
- Under two years of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and ability to operate lift trucks safely
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Experience with welding
- Strong written, verbal, and customer service skills
- Ability to read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics
- Familiarity with common hand tools and related equipment
- Technical school graduation preferred
