District Sales Manager, Florida (Remote)

Lead profitable territory growth across Florida for Cornerstone Building Brands, a North American manufacturer of exterior building products. The role focuses on contractor sales, market planning, and strategic customer development.

Description

  • Grow revenue and expand market presence throughout the Florida territory
  • Support the components division, including MBCI and Metal Sales Brands
  • Sell directly to subcontractors, general contractors, and roofing contractors
  • Create and execute market plans based on customer analysis, competitive intelligence, growth opportunities, and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain detailed knowledge of Cornerstone Building Brands products and systems
  • Learn customers’ businesses and the performance measures that matter to each account
  • Partner with internal teams to improve and simplify the customer experience
  • Use operating systems in daily work
  • Report to the Regional Manager

Requirements

  • Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents, and sales representatives
  • Remain flexible to capitalize on business opportunities
  • Bring at least 8 years of demonstrated sales, marketing, or sales management experience
  • Have experience in commercial construction or building materials
  • Pre-engineered metal buildings experience is preferred
  • Analyze market conditions and competitors, then develop strategic responses
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of marketing, finance, and operations
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Travel 50%–60% of the time, including 2–3 overnight stays per week
  • Bilingual skills are preferred
  • Be at least 18 years old to apply
