- Apply expertise in pharmaceutical products, disease states, and primary care treatment guidelines.
- Use sales metrics, market analysis, and budget management to guide performance in the primary care market.
- Provide market insights that inform brand strategy.
- Coach and develop sales representatives through field-based customer engagement and ongoing support.
- Foster a collaborative, performance-focused team culture with clear expectations.
- Use market intelligence and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Help the team access customers through multiple sales channels and relevant technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least three years of demonstrated sales, B2B, or commercial experience, or a combination of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, or related industries.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and/or experience managing people.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, disease states, and treatment guidelines in primary care.
- Working knowledge of sales metrics, market analysis, and budget management in a primary care environment.
