Description

  • Lead the brand’s creative strategy across angle development, market research, brief creation, scriptwriting, and ad account analysis.
  • Create 15 briefs each week across multiple products and conversion funnels.
  • Research daily with GetHooked, AdSpy, and the Meta Ads Library.
  • Review and quality-check briefs prepared by junior strategists.
  • Coordinate with editors through Asana and Frame.io.
  • Analyze live campaign performance and apply insights to future creative concepts.
  • Build and eventually manage a creative pod with direct reports.
  • Support performance reviews and initiatives to improve creative results.

Requirements

  • At least four years of direct response creative strategy experience.
  • Practical experience in health, wellness, or supplements.
  • At least one advertisement that exceeded $100,000 in spend during a single month.
  • Advanced familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and metrics such as CPA, nCPA, hook rate, CTR, AOV, RPV, and cohort data.
  • Experience conducting research with GetHooked, AdSpy, and the Meta Ads Library.
  • Professional background in video and direct response advertising.
  • Working knowledge of VSL and native ad conversion at scale.
  • Experience managing and developing junior strategists.
  • Ability to perform effectively in lean, fast-moving environments.
  • Submit a portfolio or ad examples that include spend results with the application.
