Digital Content Producer – Hybrid

Create SEO-led blogs, case studies, and demand-generation assets for BMG’s broadcast and media technology offerings. Use AI-assisted workflows to increase production efficiency and improve content performance.

Description

  • Develop authoritative, search-focused content that attracts organic visitors and supports lead generation.
  • Create blogs, case studies, webinar materials, e-books, and white papers for Systems Design and Integration, Staffing and Operations, and Master Control and Channel Playout.
  • Deliver 8–12 long-form content pieces each month, using AI for initial drafts, research synthesis, and revision cycles.
  • Apply SEO best practices while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Partner with the Content and Social Media Strategist to shape topics and editorial direction.
  • Repurpose core content for blogs, infographics, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Maintain editorial calendars that support demand-generation initiatives.
  • Contribute to webinar content and coordinate visual deliverables with the Senior Designer.
  • Use Claude routinely for outlining, drafting, research synthesis, and message refinement.
  • Create reusable prompts and document effective AI-supported production processes.
  • Monitor blog visits, lead attribution, and audience engagement.
  • Prepare monthly reports on content results.
  • Test headlines and calls to action, then refine the approach using performance data.
  • Report to the Senior Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in content writing or marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce effective blogs, case studies, white papers, and email content.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and content analytics tools.
  • Regular experience with Claude or other AI tools, including using them to accelerate content production.
  • Strong research and interviewing capabilities.
  • A portfolio featuring published blogs, case studies, or articles.
  • Preferred experience marketing B2B SaaS, technology, media, or broadcast products and services.
  • Preferred experience with content management platforms such as WordPress or HubSpot CMS.
  • Preferred familiarity with broadcast, video production, or live streaming.
