DevOps Engineer, Azure and Kubernetes - Poland Remote

Cencora is seeking a Poland-based remote DevOps Engineer to build Azure infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, and CI/CD pipelines for its healthcare technology business. The role advances automation and DevOps practices while supporting engineering mentorship.

Description

  • Shape and lead the DevOps vision through Agile practices
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for diverse applications and services
  • Connect DevOps initiatives with engineering, product, and business objectives
  • Maintain high engineering quality across the team
  • Design, deploy, and operate Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Enable effective communication across departments
  • Promote DevOps principles and shift-left practices across teams
  • Help teams deliver software more quickly and securely
  • Advance automation and shift-left ways of working
  • Mentor fellow engineers

Requirements

  • Professional experience in DevOps, cloud, or platform engineering
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure services, including VMs, networking, Storage, AKS, App Services, and Key Vault
  • Extensive production experience with Kubernetes
  • Strong infrastructure-as-code skills, primarily using Terraform and Helm
  • Strong CI/CD experience, preferably with Azure DevOps
  • Solid knowledge of networking, security, and cloud architecture
  • Experience collaborating within cross-functional engineering teams
  • Familiarity with observability platforms
  • Ability to work with broad direction and independently initiate tasks
  • Ability to make decisions that affect outcomes and delivery timelines
