Description

  • Shape and scale AWS architecture for growing product and engineering needs
  • Build and maintain infrastructure through Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices
  • Prototype promising technologies and keep current with relevant developments
  • Maintain platform reliability through incident response and automated recovery processes
  • Improve application performance and oversee database operations
  • Establish and apply controls for encryption, access, and log retention
  • Maintain infrastructure compliance within a regulated fintech setting
  • Work with Engineering Managers to clarify needs and make aligned technical decisions
  • Record and share effective operational practices across teams
  • Contribute to technical and business interviews and cross-functional discussions

Requirements

  • Bring at least 3 years of DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience at mid level, or 5 or more years for a senior profile
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in and practical experience with operations and infrastructure
  • Have substantial experience with at least one cloud platform, such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, OVH, or Scaleway
  • Understand infrastructure security and compliance practices
  • Be able to assess performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders
  • Provide a Bulletin No. 3 criminal record extract if selected
  • Provide a valid residence permit where applicable if selected
  • Meet professional integrity expectations and complete a background check
