Description

  • Grow the complimentary design service by creating a welcoming guest experience.
  • Collaborate with fellow Design Consultants on community outreach and expanding the service’s reach.
  • Offer design expertise during studio and home visits, virtual appointments, and on-demand consultations.
  • Build relationships with local organizations and businesses that could benefit from Design Solutions.
  • Share Design Solutions marketing materials with local organizations and businesses.
  • Assist the retail team with order entry, floor displays, merchandising, store upkeep and standards, and product training.
  • Report to the Store Leader.

Requirements

  • Bring at least two years of experience in interior design, consultation, and event planning.
  • Have space planning skills.
  • Have basic drafting skills.
  • Be able to read and interpret architectural plans and basic floor plans.
  • Be able to conduct home visits with established guests.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
