Description

  • Help biopharma and pharmaceutical customers address complex process and business challenges with advanced data analytics
  • Deploy advanced analytics solutions in customer environments
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on customer projects while supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities across Europe
  • Evaluate process and manufacturing data and build data-driven models with the Umetrics software suite
  • Partner with customers to strengthen process understanding, improve performance, and uncover opportunities through data analysis
  • Coordinate with regional colleagues on global customer accounts
  • Provide training and technical assistance for SIMCA®, MODDE®, SIMCA-online®, and related analytics products
  • Develop durable customer relationships that support successful delivery and long-term partnerships
  • Produce technical documentation, application notes, presentations, and project reports
  • Capture customer feedback and share insights that inform future analytics solution development
  • Represent Sartorius at conferences, seminars, workshops, and industry forums
  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the internal and external business network

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or PhD in engineering, biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, life sciences, data analytics, statistics, informatics, or a related field
  • Industry experience in biopharma or pharmaceuticals, with a solid understanding of manufacturing, process development, MSAT, or related operations
  • Background working with process data, data analysis, process monitoring, or statistical assessment of manufacturing or development processes
  • Knowledge of multivariate data analysis, machine learning, advanced statistics, MSPC, PAT, QbD, or related analytical methods is advantageous
  • Demonstrated interest in building advanced data analytics expertise and using data-driven methods to solve customer problems
  • Experience with downstream processing, chromatography, or related bioprocessing applications is a strong advantage
  • Strong customer-facing communication and presentation abilities, including the capacity to explain technical concepts to varied audiences
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to an international team
  • Experience with SIMCA®, MODDE®, or SIMCA-online® is beneficial
  • Knowledge of Python or another scripting language is advantageous
  • Experience in consulting, training, project management, or customer support is an asset
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Europe
  • Must have the right to work in Ireland
