Creative Services Manager at Dairy MAX (Remote, Texas)

Lead visual campaign development for Dairy MAX across digital, social, web, and print channels. Manage creative partners, maintain brand consistency, and improve assets using performance insights.

Description

  • Create and deliver visual assets for multi-channel campaigns spanning digital, social, web, and print.
  • Build scalable visual systems and templates that reflect distinct brand identities.
  • Carry design projects from initial concept through production, resizing, versioning, and delivery.
  • Turn marketing goals and audience insights into visual stories that support engagement and performance.
  • Adapt social content, including short-form creative, platform-specific assets, and basic video edits.
  • Prepare creative briefs, mood boards, and visual standards.
  • Direct external photographers, videographers, and editors on shot lists, revisions, and final deliverables.
  • Support the management of creative work produced by agencies and external partners.
  • Evaluate and approve assets for brand consistency, quality, and impact.
  • Collaborate across teams to execute campaigns and meet established objectives.
  • Use performance data and channel best practices to refine creative output.
  • Coordinate workflows, schedules, and asset organization across brands and concurrent projects.

Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of graphic design or creative services experience, supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience delivering creative for multiple brands with distinct visual identities.
  • Strong visual storytelling ability and an understanding of how design can influence engagement and performance.
  • Experience creating and editing social content, including basic video editing and platform-specific adaptations.
  • Background directing photographers, videographers, editors, or external creative partners.
  • Familiarity with social, digital, and paid media formats.
  • Experience using Meltwater or a comparable social management platform is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused working style with close attention to detail and ownership of creative results.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
