Description

  • Plan, produce, and optimize high-quality content for Eastern European audiences
  • Deliver the editorial roadmap against SEO priorities, audience needs, and business goals
  • Partner with SEO specialists, editors, writers, product teams, and business stakeholders
  • Coordinate content writers while maintaining quality standards and efficient editorial operations
  • Manage content production in line with the editorial calendar and SEO priorities
  • Research keywords and analyze competitor content
  • Prepare detailed briefs covering target keywords, structure, and tone of voice
  • Verify that published content meets brand standards, audience expectations, and business objectives
  • Manage the complete content lifecycle from initial idea through publication
  • Refresh and optimize existing content to strengthen SEO performance and user experience
  • Use analytics tools to assess content performance and uncover opportunities for improvement
  • Apply SEO best practices to internal links, metadata, and content formatting
  • Review performance metrics and refine content strategies with the SEO team
  • Work with writers, editors, and designers to maintain consistency and accuracy
  • Evaluate drafts for editorial quality, factual accuracy, and clarity
  • Help localize and adapt content for Eastern European markets
  • Contribute to content reviews and provide feedback that strengthens editorial standards and workflows

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in digital content management, editorial work, or SEO content strategy
  • Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and content performance metrics
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational abilities
  • Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time
  • Experience with WordPress or a comparable CMS is advantageous
  • Background or interest in sports, betting, or iGaming is highly valued
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Knowledge of Eastern European languages, particularly Bulgarian or Czech, is a significant advantage
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accurate, high-quality editorial work
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old
