Description

  • Independently create high-performing Instagram content from concept development and filming through editing and publication
  • Create compelling hooks, storylines, and recurring content series
  • Respond to trends while continuously experimenting with new content formats
  • Represent BitterLiebe authentically on camera and cultivate a loyal community
  • Produce content that drives organic reach and can be adapted for paid advertising
  • Own the strategic and day-to-day management of owned social channels, especially Instagram
  • Build editorial calendars and manage community interactions
  • Evaluate channel performance, turn data into actionable insights, and optimize content accordingly
  • Partner with Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Brand, and E-Commerce teams on integrated campaigns
  • Lead and support a Social Media working student through task assignment, feedback, and guidance

Requirements

  • You are confident, natural, and authentic when appearing on camera
  • You have a strong practical understanding of Instagram, including its algorithm, trends, hooks, sounds, and storytelling
  • You bring several years of social media experience
  • You can show evidence of organic audience growth through your own channel or relevant reference projects
  • You are skilled across the full content production workflow
  • You work efficiently, independently, and in an organized way
  • You use data to guide your decisions
  • You are comfortable planning content with editorial calendars and tools such as Canva
  • You take ownership and actively contribute original ideas
  • You have an interest in health and nutrition and connect with BitterLiebe’s philosophy
  • Include a short introductory video link and relevant social media profiles with your application
