Description

  • Prepare briefs, set timelines, and structure the Communications team’s day-to-day workflow
  • Monitor requests handled by the creative team, agencies, and external suppliers to keep deliverables on schedule
  • Assess and approve advertising and institutional assets against established brand standards
  • Arrange photography and video productions at the organization’s sites
  • Help develop story opportunities and coordinate press-release approvals with the press office
  • Align deadlines and manage print-material submissions with print shops, production companies, and partner agencies

Requirements

  • Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline
  • Well-organized approach to managing time, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Strong written communication abilities
  • Effective interpersonal skills for collaborating with suppliers and agencies
  • Capacity to handle requests efficiently
  • Reliable and accountable approach to responsibilities
  • Proactive working style
  • Experience in educational institutions is an advantage
