Commercial Sales Intern - Albany, NY (Hybrid)

Support Labcorp’s healthcare diagnostics sales organization through sales analytics, dashboards, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements. Gain practical experience through customer visits and an 11-week hybrid internship.

Description

  • Evaluate Northeast Division sales results to surface trends, opportunities, and improvement areas
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Analytics on strategic sales initiatives
  • Improve sales operations, reporting accuracy, and Customer Relationship Management usage
  • Build dashboards and visualizations that support data-informed decisions by Commercial leadership
  • Contribute to sales strategy planning while learning about territory alignment and incentive modeling
  • Join Commercial Sales customer visits to develop practical experience in engagement and sales activities
  • Deliver meaningful project work throughout the 11-week internship
  • Take part in company-wide learning, leadership exposure, intern events, speaker sessions, professional development, ERG participation, and mentoring

Requirements

  • Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program
  • Pursue a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and communicate findings clearly
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Apply strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Analyze information and help inform data-driven business decisions
  • Work effectively in a remote setting while joining in-person sales activities as needed
  • Rising juniors and seniors graduating between December 2027 and June 2029 are preferred; all current students in related programs are encouraged to apply
  • Must not need visa sponsorship now or in the future
