Clinical Psychologist/Counsellor – Saudi Arabia Remote

Description

  • Deliver one-to-one clinical support through telehealth and, when needed, onsite services
  • Provide Critical Incident Stress Management or Support to individuals and groups affected by traumatic events, critical incidents, or high-stress situations
  • Support clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and other mental health concerns
  • Use evidence-based and trauma-informed methods for assessment, intervention, and psychological support
  • Collaborate with the internal clinical team to strengthen programs and platform outcomes
  • Complete clinical documentation and case notes promptly in line with platform and clinical requirements

Requirements

  • Hold a master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
  • Use CBT or another evidence-based approach, such as motivational interviewing, DBT, or solution-focused brief therapy
  • Have at least 300 clinical hours completed after earning a master’s degree
  • Be fluent in both Arabic and English
  • Proficiency in Hejazi Arabic is preferred
  • Experience with EAP services, CISP, or group counseling is preferred
  • Willingness to work onsite occasionally is an advantage
