Description
- Handle administrative work requiring legal expertise
- Manage formal legal correspondence and notices
- Create and maintain accurate case records
- Review and help prepare materials and information for external law firms
- Maintain current litigation contingencies and case statuses
- Conduct legal research covering case law, legal doctrine, and legislation
- Address legal questions from internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Hold active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Demonstrated experience in consumer and labor law, especially high-volume litigation
- Background in legal administrative activities
- Proficiency with electronic filing platforms such as PJe, e-SAJ, or equivalent systems
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines
- Proactive and self-directed working style
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
