Description

  • Take overall operational responsibility for BodyFast
  • Partner closely with the CEO, CTO, co-founders, and investors
  • Convert strategy into focused priorities, rapid execution, and measurable outcomes
  • Lead the company’s scaling efforts through efficiency and disciplined prioritization
  • Build and expand digital products across health, fitness, and wellness
  • Automate and streamline workflows to lower costs and reduce complexity
  • Create processes and structures that support fast iteration and shorter time to market
  • Manage pricing, forecasting, and unit economics with profitability in mind
  • Lead a high-performing team with clear ownership of results
  • Collaborate with shareholders and contribute to strategic initiatives
  • Implement and expand AI-enabled development, automation, and tooling

Requirements

  • Several years in an operational leadership position such as COO, VP of Operations, or Head of Operations, ideally in app-focused e-commerce
  • Strong knowledge of product development, UX/UI, and growth, paired with a hands-on approach
  • Track record of building and scaling multiple products or business units
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted development, automation, and modern toolchains
  • Ability to apply AI pragmatically to processes and product development and produce measurable results
  • Strong numerical skills with experience managing KPIs and performance
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Excellent execution, communication, and ownership skills
