Casual Merchandiser – Bega Region

Represent Nestlé in grocery stores across the Bega region, building displays and improving shelf visibility. Work with store managers on a weekly plan, with regional travel and additional hours available at peak times.

Description

  • Represent Nestlé in grocery stores, including Coles, Woolworths and independent retailers.
  • Create displays, secure shelf space and maintain strong in-store presentation.
  • Work with store managers to support commercial outcomes.
  • Follow a weekly schedule, with additional hours available during peak periods.
  • Manage your workday independently with support from the Territory Sales Manager.
  • Travel across Bega, Tathra, Merimbula, Tura Beach and nearby locations.

Requirements

  • Have experience in retail or another customer-facing setting.
  • Communicate confidently and enjoy building relationships.
  • Hold a current, unrestricted driver’s licence.
  • Have access to your own vehicle.
  • Be comfortable lifting, moving and assembling displays.
  • Be comfortable using a mobile device to record work and capture display highlights.
  • Live in the local area.
  • Work independently while travelling between stores.
  • Be organised, safety-conscious and motivated to achieve strong results.
  • Be willing to travel regionally across multiple locations.
  • Have full Australian working rights.
  • Be prepared to complete pre-employment checks, which may include health checks.
