Description

  • Develop and operate shared backend services, platforms, and products that support the brand
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems
  • Use AI-assisted development tools in engineering workflows
  • Develop large-scale distributed systems
  • Operate and maintain highly available production services
  • Design resilient, high-performance applications
  • Work closely with engineering, product, design, and data science teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • At least two years of relevant experience, or a postgraduate degree such as a master’s with no prior experience required
  • Proficiency in one or more backend languages, including Java, Kotlin, or comparable modern backend technologies
  • Experience developing large-scale distributed systems
  • Experience operating and maintaining highly available production services
  • Experience designing resilient, high-performance applications
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, product, design, and data
  • Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges
