Business Operations and Analytics Associate

Support Jerry.ai’s growth through business operations, SQL analysis, experimentation, and scalable acquisition strategies. Use data and machine learning to inform products, partnerships, and the AI-powered car-ownership super app.

Description

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to apply customer performance insights to user and partner acquisition strategies.
  • Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests for new and existing features.
  • Translate analysis into actionable insights for product and business decisions.
  • Define and test the drivers of profitable, scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.
  • Find ways to automate manual work and improve operational efficiency.
  • Perform detailed analyses with advanced machine learning models.
  • Promote data-informed decisions across initiatives such as carrier growth, carrier development, and launching new products from the ground up.
  • Work closely with the VP of BizOps & Analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous field.
  • At least one year of management consulting experience at a leading firm, with McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group preferred, or relevant business analysis or operations experience.
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and complex data analysis.
  • Structured problem-solving approach grounded in first-principles thinking.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences from frontline employees to C-suite leaders.
  • Current residence in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada.
