Description

  • Partner with Brandsplace Sales Directors and Business Managers to shape and execute short-, medium-, and long-term plans.
  • Structure performance monitoring and improve access to relevant data.
  • Work with the Brandsplace Data team and Group Commercial Data Manager.
  • Create tools that track revenue, margin, and key performance indicators.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly sales performance reports and analyses.
  • Calculate bonuses across the Brandsplace organization.
  • Respond to data requirements from Business Managers and Sales Directors.
  • Develop sales forecasts and establish the related processes and tools.
  • Build advanced MicroStrategy dashboards to automate reporting.
  • Define and request complex SQL queries to solve business problems and meet reporting needs.
  • Provide analytical support to Sales, Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management teams.

Requirements

  • Bring at least three years of experience in a demanding reporting environment.
  • Have experience building and maintaining models in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  • Marketplace experience is advantageous.
  • Work confidently with data from multiple sources, including complex datasets.
  • Demonstrate strong data-modeling ability.
  • Prior SQL experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Understand the functions across the Veepee organization and the business challenges they face.
  • Have excellent English proficiency, which is essential for the role.
  • Show business acumen and curiosity about the factors driving performance.
  • Enjoy collaborative work and contribute to shared team outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly, including when explaining complex subjects.
  • Be rigorous, proactive, and focused on practical solutions.
