Description

Evaluate, plan, document, and recommend improvements to business processes that support clients’ technology objectives.
Coordinate among clients, project managers, and technical teams to define, monitor, and communicate requirements and their expected impact.
Develop basic conceptual data models and process models.
Create, run, or review basic test scenarios to confirm that client requirements are reflected in system designs.
Join technical reviews and inspections to verify that intended changes are implemented throughout each project phase.

Requirements

At least three years of experience turning technical goals and client requirements into actionable outcomes.
Understanding of fundamental programming concepts, including configuration, development, and batch processing.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other tools used for quantitative analysis.
Strong analytical capabilities and business process re-engineering skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to motivate others and explain important technical concepts clearly.
Reliable internet access and a quiet setting for screenings, interviews, and meetings.
A video camera is required for interviews and the initial orientation week.
AI tools, virtual backgrounds or filters, and visual enhancements may not be used during the interview.
