Description

  • Support ongoing analytics and reporting for a card portfolio, with a focus on a new card program.
  • Build knowledge of portfolio performance, business goals, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Create, enhance, and maintain recurring business reports and dashboards.
  • Investigate data, assess results, and turn findings into understandable business insights.
  • Assess portfolio performance, emerging trends, and underlying performance drivers.
  • Share findings through reports, presentations, and actionable business recommendations.
  • Work with stakeholders to turn questions and reporting requirements into useful analysis.
  • Act as a trusted analytical partner by identifying trends, opportunities, and improvement areas proactively.
  • Review current reports and reporting workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Convert complex reporting into clear, accessible formats for users.
  • Find ways to reduce manual work and strengthen reporting consistency.
  • Contribute to reporting automation and broader process enhancements.
  • Balance multiple requests and priorities while preserving accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Explain analytical findings effectively to both analytical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop stakeholder trust through dependable communication and follow-through.
  • Work autonomously and escalate issues when appropriate.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, reporting, card services, card operations, or a related discipline.
  • Experience creating business reports and evaluating quantitative data to uncover trends, performance drivers, and meaningful business implications.
  • Strong understanding of payments, card services, card operations, or card portfolio management.
  • Demonstrated experience creating, improving, and maintaining business reports.
  • Experience with DataChoice, First Data, or Symitar is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Ability to convert data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot or comparable AI-enabled productivity tools is strongly preferred.
  • Sound business judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while partnering with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Must be able to work on Blend’s W2 without sponsorship.
  • Must work Pacific or Mountain Time.
