Business Analyst and Scrum Master at SEB (Hybrid, Lithuania)

Business Analyst and Scrum Master supporting SEB Global Services’ HR initiatives, process improvement, and IT delivery. The role facilitates Agile practices, aligns stakeholders, and coordinates delivery across teams.

Description

  • Align IT objectives, business goals, and stakeholder perspectives across ongoing projects
  • Help Process Experts assess complex processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and innovation
  • Capture business needs and convert them into clear, structured requirements
  • Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions
  • Contribute to testing and the handling of incidents and problems
  • Help develop methodologies, templates, and supporting tools
  • Run Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and PI events
  • Manage the team’s delivery flow to support predictable value delivery
  • Coach team members in Agile principles, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration
  • Remove impediments and escalate risks and dependencies when needed
  • Maintain transparency through backlog and workflow management, including JIRA
  • Support planning and prioritization with Process Owners and stakeholders
  • Coordinate dependencies and collaboration between teams
  • Serve as Scrum Master and coordinate Scrum Masters across the department

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a comparable role
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban, with practical experience
  • Experience facilitating workshops and ceremonies and enabling cross-functional collaboration
  • A proactive approach, with the confidence to question assumptions and suggest new methods
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
