Create cohesive brand experiences across digital, print, social, and video for Revance’s aesthetics, skincare, and therapeutics products. Shape visual identities, storyboards, production assets, and brand guidelines.

Description

  • Report to the Senior Brand Designer.
  • Deliver brand design across digital, print, social, and video channels.
  • Create layouts and visual concepts with guidance from senior creative leadership.
  • Collaborate with copywriters to translate brand stories into visual narratives.
  • Generate new design concepts informed by research, inspiration, and feedback.
  • Help establish visual standards and preserve a consistent brand identity.
  • Develop storyboards and guide the visual approach for video editors.
  • Support art directors with photo and video shoot planning, including selections, backgrounds, and styling.
  • Keep project files and asset versions structured and up to date.
  • Prepare creative files for digital and print production.
  • Manage workload proactively and meet project needs.
  • Help organize and maintain the asset library.
  • Track relevant trends across industry, communications, and the art world.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in design, fine arts, or a related creative discipline, or demonstrated proficiency through a strong portfolio.
  • At least three years of design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • A varied portfolio with a strong aesthetic perspective, ideally covering brand identity, video, print, digital, and social work.
  • Advanced familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • UX/UI experience and familiarity with front-end web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and Salesforce email workflows, are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with video tools such as Premiere and After Effects is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Keynote is advantageous.
