Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field
- At least three years of experience in financial services
- Familiarity with AI and current data science tools
- Ability to write code in Python and SQL
- Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or Devin Desktop
- Practical experience with large datasets, data quality control, analytics, and modeling
- Experience creating clear charts and data visualizations
- Commercial awareness, strong time management, and the ability to work under pressure
