- Review charges and pricing to confirm accuracy

- Check pricing carefully and investigate discrepancies
- Assist with routine accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Use proprietary tools and established operating procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients when required
- Handle financial information with precision and close attention to detail
- Be available to start immediately
Requirements
- Prior bookkeeping experience
- An accounting background or comparable accounting experience
- Bilingual communication ability
- Careful, accurate work with strong attention to detail
- Confidence reviewing numbers, charges, and pricing
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Effective written and spoken communication
- Ability to work independently while following defined procedures
- Willingness to learn proprietary systems
- Must be based in Latin America or Mexico
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Working webcam
- Computer with a processor of at least 1.8 GHz and at least 4GB RAM
- Primary cable internet connection with speeds of at least 25 Mbps
- Backup internet connection with speeds of at least 10 Mbps
- Flexible part-time availability between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST
