- Contribute hands-on across the complete software development lifecycle
- Help design, deliver, and train customers on RecordPoint solutions
- Support the cloud SaaS service and learn its on-premises and cloud deployment models
- Analyze products and inform software engineering and product development decisions
- Document, maintain, and communicate technical designs across the engineering team
- Keep code testable by using automated testing frameworks
- Track technology developments and apply suitable standards and tools to the product
- Collaborate with engineers in meetings and support teammates as needed
- Build working knowledge of source control, editors, build systems, development tools, and testing practices

Requirements
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field
- Broad understanding of fundamental computer science concepts
- Professional experience developing software within an engineering team using modern delivery practices
- Experience building a SaaS product
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to communicate project status effectively with the team
- Commitment to quality, clean code, and continuous improvement
- Understanding of architectural principles and cloud solution design
- Strong ownership of work from start to finish

- .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, Python, Angular 7 or later, and TypeScript experience

- Experience with continuous delivery and DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, serverless technologies, Azure Search, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, Terraform, Azure Service Fabric, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Event Hubs
- Successful police background check required for employment eligibility
