Associate Compliance Manager – Brazil (Hybrid)

Support Stryker’s healthcare compliance program in Brazil through risk reviews, regulatory controls, and third-party due diligence. Contribute to compliance initiatives across Latin America.

Description

  • Help implement and improve the Compliance Program in Brazil while contributing to regional Latin American projects.
  • Advise employees and business partners on compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations.
  • Perform due diligence and assist with risk assessments covering third parties, business activities, and compliance initiatives.
  • Review and coordinate approvals for educational events, healthcare professional engagements, bids, tenders, and consulting payments.
  • Assess compliance risks and propose practical solutions that support business operations and regulatory adherence.
  • Keep compliance records, documentation, and systems accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Investigate documentation discrepancies and escalate potential compliance concerns.
  • Provide training on applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and anti-bribery and anti-corruption standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, legal, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent Portuguese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience supporting compliance reviews, risk assessments, audits, investigations, or related governance work.
  • Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in compliance, law, business administration, audit, risk management, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience in life sciences, healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry.
  • Preferred: Professional proficiency in Spanish.
